HOMECARE PHYSICAL THERAPY AVAILABLE

If you have difficulty getting around, PKL PT offers our services in the comfort of your own home. Personalized one on one treatment from our clinical staff is given.

Our Homecare Clinical Staff Is Knowledgeable In Treating Patients With:

• Cardiovascular or neurological diseases
• Post-surgical & orthopedic diagnoses
• Extensive medical cases/generalized weakness
• Difficulty with walking and/or stairs

Treatments Provided In The Comfort Of Your Home Include:

• Therapeutic exercises to improve strength, balance & endurance
• Patient and/or caregiver education
• Home exercise program instruction
• Recommendations on safety to limit risk of falls at home
• Emphasis to improve functional independence
• Transfer, stair & ambulation training
• Ordering any necessary medical equipment that is needed
