![]() Rich Santoro Named Skyline Player of the Week

Farmingdale State sophomore outfielder Rich Santoro (Massapequa, NY/Massapequa) was named Skyline Player of the Week on March 13th for men's baseball. Santoro batted .500 (14-for-28) in eight games to open the season. Santoro, who recorded a .679 slugging percentage, had three doubles, a triple and nine runs scored. In a 9-2 win over Frostburg State, he went 3-for-4 with a double and three runs scored. The Player, Pitcher and Rookie of the Week for baseball is announced by the Skyline Conference on Monday nights. Reports are available to view on the Skyline website at www.skylineconference.org. |
