Baseball Championship Game Rescheduled to Wednesday

- Skyline Title will be decided on May 6th -

Farmingdale, N.Y. - Today's Skyline Conference Baseball Championship game between the top-seeded Farmingdale State Rams and the No. 3 seed St. Joseph's was postponed due to the weather and will now be played on Wednesday, May 6th at 3:00 p.m.

The Rams are 2-0 in the playoffs, after winning 13-2 against #4 Mount Saint Vincent on Friday afternoon and winning 17-3 aginst St. Joe's on Saturday afternoon.

The Golden Eages are 2-1, after defeating #2 Old Westbury 13-3 on Friday and falling to the Rams on Saturday. But St. Joe's found their way back to the Championship game with a 16-10 victory over Old Westbury on Saturday night.

Because of the double-elimination format, St. Joe's will have to win over Farmingdale twice to capture the title, so a second game is slated to be played at 7:00 p.m., if necessary.

GO RAMS!!
