Men Finish Fourth, Women Eighth at CTC Relays

Women - 8th place - 5 points

New Haven, CT - The Farmingdale State men's indoor track team placed in every event entered to achieve the highest place and point total at the CTC Relays in school history. Freshman Kurt Johns-Harris (1st collegiate meet; Stonybrook, NY) and junior Reggie Routier (Team captain; Freeport, NY) finished second in the Triple Jump Relay, both qualified for the ECAC Championships on March 2-3 at Wesleyan University. In the 35-pound Weight Throw, senior Chris Okolie (Bethpage, NY) and junior David Casillas (Bay Shore, NY) both set personal bests.

On the womens side, freshman Jessica Sarro (West Hempstead, NY) scored in both the Long and Triple Jumps and sophomore Cathryn McLean (Freeport, NY) scored in the High Jump. Each were both competing in their first collegiate meet.
