Reggie Routier Sets New School Record at ECAC's

Middletown, Conn. - Junior captain Reggie Routier (Freeport, N.Y./Freeport) set a new school record today as he became the ECAC Champion in the Triple Jump at the ECAC Championships in Middletown, Conn. Reggie leaped 14.46 meters (47' 5 1/4"), beating out the second place jumper by 2 feet and 3 3/4 inches.

Reggie has qualified for the NCAA Championships in the Triple Jump. The NCAA's are held this year on March 9-10 in Terra Haute, Indiana at Rose-Hulman Institute. Reggie is just the second in school history to qualify for the NCAA's.
