Men's Indoor Track and Field

CTC RELAYS: Men - 2nd place, Women - 4th place

New Haven, Conn. - On Sunday, December 2nd at the Collegiate Track Conference Relays held at Yale University, the men's indoor track team placed second and the women's team placed fourth. This was the highest team finish in school history. The men's team had eight ECAC Qualifiers (6 individuals and 2 relays), while winning three relays, four seconds and four thirds. The women's team had one second, two thirds and five fourth place finishes.

Akil Williams - 1.92m (6' 3 1/2") - Individual Winner and ECAC Qualifier.

Azell Green - 1.72m (5' 7 3/4") - 3rd place

Men's Triple Jump Relay - Team First Place

Reggie Routier - 13.84m (45' 5") - Individual Winner and ECAC Qualifier.

Qasim Ellis - 13.50m (44' 3 1/4") - 2nd place, ECAC Qualifier.

Kurt Johns-Harris - 13.29m (43' 7 1/4") - 3rd place, ECAC Qualifier.

Men's 35lb Weight Throw - Team First Place

Chris Okolie - 14.12m (46' 4") - Individual Winner.

David Casillas - 13.83m (45' 4 1/2") - 3rd place, new personal record.

Men's Long Jump Relay - Team Second Place

Reuben Hairston - 6.42m (21' 1") - 2nd place.

Qasim Ellis - 6.28m (20' 7 1/4") - 3rd place.

Men's 55m Hurdles Relay - Team Second Place

Earl Noel - 8.13 - 3rd place and ECAC Qualifier.

Chris Herbst - 7.93 - 4th place.

Reggie Routier - 8.22 - 5th place.

Men's 55m Dash Relay - Team Second Place

Naveed Mohammed - 6.60 - 2nd place and ECAC Qualifier.

Reuben Hairston - 6.86 - 5th place.

Men's 4x200m Relay - Second Place

Men's Shot Put Relay - Team 3rd Place
