Rams with Record ECAC Qualifiers after NYU Fast Track Meet

NYU Fast Track - New Balance Track & Field Center - Manhattan, N.Y.

Manhattan, N.Y. - Freshman Qasim Ellis and sophomore Kensley Norian qualified for the ECAC Championships in the Long Jump and 400-meter. The team has a school record 12 people in 18 individual events and 2 relays qualified for next weeks Championships being held at Harvard University. Qasim long jumped a season best 6.71m (22' 1/4"). Kensley also had a season best 49.97 in the 400-meter run.

Additionally, junior John Bates set a personal best in the 500-meter in 1:08.66 and senior David Casillas ended his indoor career with a personal best throw of 14.17m (46' 6") in the 35lb Weight Throw.
