McMillan Looks towards another Milestone
Feb 14, 2006

Senior forward Kenny McMillan (Bronx, NY/All Hallows) has an impressive resume at Farmingdale State and will be looking to set another milestone before the season ends. After he joined the 1,000-point club in just his third year and finished the 2004-05 season with a total of 1,232 points; McMillan went after the scoring record at Farmingdale State. On December 20th in a conference game against Yeshiva, he scored his third point of the night just 2:22 into the game to break the All-Time scoring record of 1,349 points (which was held by former teammate Damian McKenzie) and finished the game holding 1,364 career points.

As the season rolled on, McMillan continued to lead the team in scoring, finishing in double figures 20 times, with a total of 14 double-doubles to date. On January 28th, he became the first player in Farmingdale State history to join the 1,500-point club in an all-important game against Mount Saint Mary that decided the #1 seed in the conference. Just last week, Kenny tallied a career-high 37 points against Stevens and then broke that the next game with a 42-point performance against Mount Saint Vincent. McMillan currently holds 1,668 career points and 958 career rebounds. Next milestone in reach, 1,000 rebounds!!
