Steven is a 2010 graduate of Half Hollow Hills East, where he was named All-County, All-Conference, All-Division and was a team captain his junior and senior year. Prior to Farmingdale State, Steven attended and played tennis at Adelphi. He is the son of Phil and Madeline Ferrantello.

Sophomore year...Held a 2-1 mark in singles (#5 & #6)...Had a 2-1 record in doubles this season.
