Meghan is a 2008 graduate of Hauppague High School. Meghan was selected All-League, All-County and All-Division her senior year. She was also named an NFCA All-Region and 2nd Team to Newsday's All-Long Island team.

She is the daughter of Linda and Ed Kirchmeier.
