Kaitlin is a 2008 graduate of West Islip High School, where she was awarded Rookie of the Year honors and twice named All-County. She is the daughter of Maureen Keenan.

Senior year...Appeared in 26 games...Had 23 hits and 20 runs scored...Held a career-best .957 fielding percentage.

Junior year...Started 36-of-39 games and was second on the team and fourth in the Skyline with a .432 batting average...Had 54 hits (2nd on team), 30 runs scored and 21 RBI...Named NFCA All-Atlantic Region, an ECAC Metro All-Star and First Team All-Skyline.

Sophomore year...Named First Team All-Skyline after starting 44-of-45 games...Batted .417, had 42 runs scored and 36 RBI...Held a .453 on base percentage (3rd best on team).

Freshman year...Named First Team All-Conference and an ECAC Metro All-Star...Ranked first in the Skyline in hits (59), second in runs scored (42) and fifth in RBI (32)...Held a .434 batting average and was a perfect 12-for-12 in stolen bases.
