- Rams with an even 3-3 record in Florida play -
Farmingdale, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State softball team is down at the Rebel Spring Games in Kissimmee, Florida. The Rams began the trip on Friday, March 10th with 12 scheduled games during the trip.

Saturday, March 11th
Farmingdale State trailed 6-0 after three innings against Plattsburgh State and were held to just three hits in the season opener, falling 9-2.
They bounced back against Skidmore with a 6-2 victory. A Lori Michalowski (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) RBI single to left opened the scoring in the top of the fourth, before a five-run seventh inning secured the win for the Rams.
Sunday, March 12th
Mt. St. Joseph pitcher Brianna Kauf hurled a perfect game, striking out three, in a 9-0 loss for Farmingdale State.
The Rams defeated Wisconsin Lutheran in the second game of the day. Trailing 6-4 in the fifth, FSC sophomore Christina Rayfield's (Commack, N.Y.) RBI walk cut the deficit to 6-5. In the bottom of the sixth, the Rams scored three runs on an RBI double by Michalowski and a two-run single by freshman Jessica Lombardo (Levittown, N.Y.) for the eventual 8-6 victory.
Tuesday, March 14th
Against Franklin & Marshall, the Rams took a 2-1 victory. In the bottom of the first, senior left fielder Allison Dailey (Commack, N.Y.) scored freshman Ginger Sherry (Islip, N.Y.) from third with a sacrifice bunt. F&M tied the game at 1-1 in the second and the game would remain scoreless until the sixth inning. Sherry scored her second run of the day off a double to right by Rayfield.
Falling behind against Utica in the first inning, the Rams scored two runs in the fourth but couldn't get the offense going in the 6-2 loss. Utica's Brittany Meka held the team to three hits.
