Blakney Named to Skyline Player of the Week Honor Roll

Sophomore guard Kimberly Blakney (Brooklyn, N.Y./Benjamin Banneker) was named to the Skyline Conference Player of the Week Honor Roll for women's basketball on Monday, December 10th.

Blakney helped keep the Rams undefeated in the conference with 33 points and eight steals this week, surpassing 100 career steals. She now holds 102 steals and is quickly approaching 500 career points with 484 to date. This week, she scored 18 points against Purchase before scoring 15 in a win over Old Westbury, while also averaging 4.5 assists and one block per game.
