Sophomore guard Kimberly Blakney (Brooklyn, N.Y./Benjamin Banneker) was named to the Skyline Conference Player of the Week Honor Roll for women's basketball on Monday, February 11th.

Blakney averaged a team-high 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals in a 2-0 week for the Rams in just 19 minutes per game. She scored 14 points against Poly and added 16 more against Russell Sage, while shooting .667 from the field.

Blakney currently averages a team-leading 17.8 points per game this season, good for 3rd in the Conference and 45th in the Nation. She is also ranked 3rd in the Nation with 4.8 steals per game. To date, amidst her sophomore season, she has scored a total of 658 career points in just 37 games.
