LaFlare and Lacey Lead Molloy over Rams

Farmingdale, N.Y. - Sophomore attacker Rebecca LaFlare (Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst) and freshman midfielder Hayley Lacey (Levittown, N.Y./Division Ave.) led Molloy in a 19-2 victory over the Rams today in non-conference women's lacrosse action in Farmingdale, N.Y. Molloy improved to 7-4 with the victory, while Farmingdale State fell to 2-6.

LaFlare finished with five goals for the Lions, while Lacey scored four and added one assist. Sophomore midfielder Kristie Sosnowski (Massapequa Park, N.Y./Monmouth University) grabbed six draw controls.

For Farmingdale State, senior goalkeeper Janine Forman (North Massapequa, N.Y./Plainedge) made 14 saves in defeat.

The Rams host Maritime College for a Skyline Conference game on Wednesday, April 16th at 5:00 p.m.
