Rokee and Rothar Named to Skyline Player of the Week
Honor Roll
Farmingdale State junior midfielder Theresa Rokee (Lindenhurst,
N.Y./Lindenhurst) and freshman midfielder Justine Rothar
(Levittown, N.Y./Division Ave.) were both named to the Skyline
Conference Player of the Week Honor Roll for women's lacrosse on
Monday, April 28th.
In three games for the Rams last week, Rokee led the team with 10
goals and 12 points, scoring three or more in each game. She had 3
goals and 2 assists in the loss to Manhattanville, scored 3 against
Mount Saint Vincent and 4 in the win over Ramapo. She also had 8
ground balls and 9 draw controls for the week.
Justine scored a team-high 13 points in last weeks play, with six
goals and seven assists over the three games. Most importantly, she
finished with a team-high six points in the win over Ramapo to help
the team secure a playoff spot.
