Farmingdale (0-3, 0-0 Skyline) dropped a non-conference game today as FDU ran away with a 6-0 shutout. The game was scoreless for the first 29 minutes, before the Devils? Ashleigh Hoey (Natick, MA) and Laura Wittenberg (East Windsor, NJ) each netted a goal in the next minute for a 2-0 lead. The Rams fell behind 4-0 at the half and would allow two more in the second. FDU?s Melissa Braun (South Amboy, NJ) was awarded the shutout with 2 saves.

Junior goalie Pam Baione (Farmingdale, NY), who leads the Skyline Conference in saves per game, made 22 saves in defeat for the Rams.

Farmingdale will face the College of Mount Saint Vincent at home on Monday, September 20th at 4pm.
