Ramapo Stuns Rams Early for 2-1 Victory

Farmingdale State (5-5-1) fell 2-1 in todays womens soccer game against Ramapo College (7-4-3) in Mahwah, NJ. Lisa Baldino and Lindsay Kotula scored at the five and six-minute mark for Ramapo, giving the Roadrunner a quick 2-0 lead. Natalie Budinich (Commack, NY/Commack) countered with a goal 10 minutes later for the Rams, but neither team could find the back of the net for the remainder of the game.

Ramapo assists went to Meghan Farrell and Marybeth Lyons.

Pam Baione (Farmingdale, NY/Plainedge) made 13 saves in defeat for Farmingdale.

The Rams host New Jersey City University tomorrow, October 20th, at 3:00pm.
