![]() Seven Goals in First Half Marks Win for Women's Soccer

Farmingdale, 7 Polytechnic, 0 Farmingdale, NY - The Rams scored seven goals in the first half to take a 7-0 victory over visiting Polytechnic University on Tuesday afternoon in Farmingdale, NY. Freshman forward Renee Schondebare (Selden, NY/Newfield) scored two goals for the Rams. Freshman goalkeeper Kimberly Sontag (Lynbrook, NY/Lynbrook) was credited with the shutout for Farmingdale. Freshman forward Christina Cascio (Kings Park, NY/Kings Park) added a goal and an assist. Four others added a goal each for the Rams in the win. Farmingdale will travel to Newburgh, NY to face Skyline opponent Mount Saint Mary College on Saturday, October 7th for a game at 2:00pm. |
