Cathryn McLean Named ECAC Metro Player of the Week
Cape Cod, Mass. - Junior middle blocker Cathryn
McLean (Northport, N.Y./Northport) was named ECAC Metro Region
Player of the Week for women's volleyball on Wednesday, September
19th. McLean averaged 4.69 kills, 5.56 digs, and 1.5 blocks per
game, while leading Farmingdale State to a 3-1 week. In the four
matches, the junior recorded four double-doubles and a total of 75
kills, 89 digs, and 24 blocks. McLean was also named the Skyline
Conference Player of the Week on Monday night; this marks her third
Player of the Week honor this season.
