Bethpage State Park - Red Course

Farmingdale, N.Y. - Sophomore Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) shot a one-over par 71 for the Rams and holds a one stroke lead heading into tomorrow's final round at the Farmingdale State College Invitational at the Bethpage State Park Red Course.

Dowling posted a team total of 300 and leads by 17 strokes over second place Nassau Community College. Farmingdale State is in third place after shooting a round one total of 321.

Larkin made the turn at two-over and shot a one-under par 34 on the back nine for his 71. Dowling's Kurt Brey is one shot off the lead after shooting a round one score of 72. Nassau's Eric Michalak (73), Dowling's Brandon Moore (74) and Darren McCormack (75) of Suffolk CC round out the top five.
