Sean is a 2023 graduate of Mattituck High School, where he was named All-County his senior year. He is the son of Rashad Sr. and Dina Lawson, and is joined on the team by his older brother, Rashad.

2025...First Team All-Skyline Conference...Appeared in 19-of-20 games...Led FSC with 40 caused turnovers and was second with 62 ground balls...Finished second in the Conference in caused turnovers and was eighth for ground balls...In the NCAA, ranked 52nd for caused turnovers per game (2.11).
2024...Second-team All-Skyline Conference...one-time Skyline Conference Defensive Player of the Week (March 19)...one-time Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week (April 3)...set Rams single-season record with 52 caused turnovers (top-LSM mark in Skyline), ranking 23rd nationally with his 2.6 per-game average...led all FSC field players with 82 ground balls.
